Cancellation policy

We value your custom and ask that you kindly respect our booking policies. Your appointment time is specifically booked for you. We therefore ask that should you need to cancel/reschedule your booking or reduce your appointment time that you notify us with at least 48 hours notice, please. Late cancellations and “no shows” will be subject to a cancelation fee, therefor a 50% fee of the total booking cost will be charged for less than 48 hours' notice or a “no show” or less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full cost. All fees are payable prior to future bookings being made.
