A: Coloured hair means it has been tinted or high-lighted. Tinted meaning colour added to the hair. Natural hair is hair that has had no colour added to it, high-lighted, permed or relaxed. High-lighted hair can become frizzy and dry from on-going chemical treatments, and therefore needs conditioning and care.
